Talent Evaluation Analysis Formula– Grading System

330 – 350 points = Special Player / Superstar Type ( very few exist in the NBA , a truly amazingly elite and special type of basketball player, who will because of their special ability and tremendous skill level become one of the greatest basketball players of all-time )

310 – 329 points = Great Player / Perennial All-Star Type ( A great player has the exceptional ability to consistently get in a zone, where he’s capable of being dominant and dynamic every game, and ultimately reach high performance levels that potentially allows him to achieve MVP status and/or best player in the world status )

280 – 309 points = Very Good Player / All- Star Potential ( 2nd, 3rd, or 4th best player on the team and also could be a very talented defensive player and a very talented playmaker or could be used as a number 1 offensive option based on individual skill set and team needs )

260 – 279 points = Good Player / Role Player (able to impact game with good skill level and be a key contributor )

245 – 259 points = Average Player ( very few exist in the NBA )

11 = Special Skill Level /Ability

  • Very few players possess this amazing skill level or ability, an unstoppable skill level or ability that allows you to have game changing ability, and the ability to dictate how the game will be played, and to some degree you may even possess a transcendent / supreme level of ability that allows you to reinvent how the game could or should be played

10 = Great Skill Level / Ability

  • You have an elite / superior level  of ability that allows you to be dynamic, dominant when needed, exceptionally productive, and extremely impactful

9 = Very Good Skill Level /Ability

7 = Average Skill Level /Ability

  • You possess a adequate and decent level of ability that at times causes you to be inconsistent, erratic, unreliable, and moderately impactful if you are forced to be overly dependent on your average level of ability

6 = Below average Skill Level / Ability
